The Yaya Soko takes place over 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) every third weekend of the month at the ground floor.

Commercial Premises Application
Commercial premises are not normally available at The Yaya Centre, but from time to time our tenants upgrade or downsize according to their needs and vacate their current lot.
In order to secure premises here you need to first fill in the appropriate form, and return it to Yaya management situated on the fourth floor.

Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is only through:
M-Pesa paybill No. “232548”
Bank Transfer – Standard Chartered Account No. “0102061318200”
2. Your M-Pesa confirmation message or bank slip will be your receipt.
3. Payment is non-refundable. Once posted on the noticeboard an advert cannot be substituted with a different one.
4. Amount to be paid is based on chargeable weeks. e.g. if your advert runs for 1 to 7 days the charge is 1 week, 8 to 14 days the charge is 2 weeks.
5. Allocated advert space will be confirmed on receipt of payment. Payment has to be made within 24hrs of receiving the booking SMS. Customers cannot dictate the position where the advert will appear on the noticeboard.
6. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability of space.
7. Expired adverts will be shredded after 96 hours.

Maasai Market
The Maasai Market is now being hosted outdoors on Sundays on the second floor of the new parking, between 9am and 5pm
For those of you not aware of it, The Sierra Brasserie also has an entrance on the third floor directly to the dining and terrace area bar, so an ideal opportunity to do your Maasai Market shopping and drop into the Sierra for a refreshing drink or meal.
Parking
The Yaya Centre has both ground and basement parking with a new spacious parking that stretches across two floor.
There are two entrances now one is via the Ring Road Kilimani and the exit is into Argwings Kodhek Road and the new entrance on Argwings Kodhek Road with an exit on the ring road.
Parking Fees:
0 – 2 Hours = 50/-
2 – 3 Hours = 100/-
3 – 4 Hours = 150/-
Additional of 100/- after 4 hours.

A simple way to help.
Thank you to the generous Yaya shoppers who donated sanitary pads to @girlaidfoundation on International Women's Day, 8th March 2023. Girl Aid Foundation is a community organization dedicated to ending period poverty by keeping girls in school, giving them equal opportunities to boys. Yaya doubled the number of sanitary pads donated, bringing the total to x16 large boxes. Big smiles all round for this very worthy cause.

Yaya Towers was honoured to visit Nyumba ya Wazee in Thika recently where we donated linen and other housekeeping items as we spent the day interacting with the group.
"Nyumba Ya Wazee", as its affectionately called, is run by the little sisters of the poor and The home currently hosts 72 elderly people, ranging from 72 to 106 years of age.
